We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Beverage Service Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the counter, bar area, and surrounding areas
  • Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service by being attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about our menu and products
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment

Requirements:

  • At least 12 months experience in a similar role or related industry
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods
