Site Reliability Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Site Reliability Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of our digital infrastructure. This role involves proactively monitoring systems, creating dashboards and alerting mechanisms, and establishing strategies for detecting potential issues.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain uptime, stability, and reliability of non-production and production environments.
  • Develop and implement smoke tests across APIs and critical services to prevent downstream failures.
  • Create and maintain real-time visibility dashboards and alerting systems that provide insight into environment health and dependencies.
  • Analyze and resolve incidents impacting our environments, escalating where necessary.
Requirements:
  • Degree in an IT-related field.
  • Strong experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, or systems engineering roles.
  • Able to design and implement monitoring dashboards and alerting.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, containerized environments, and observability practices.
