We are looking for a skilled Oracle EBS Customer Service Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing and configuring Oracle EBS Customer Service modules, including Service Contracts, Install Base and Depot Repair.

As an Oracle EBS Customer Service Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configuration of Oracle EBS Customer Service modules

• Design workshops, documentation, testing, report development, training, data migration, knowledge transfer, UAT support, production go-live, hyper-care, and transition to the support organisation.

• Strong communication skills and ability to understand business processes and requirements.
