Job Title: Retail Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Retail Team Lead to lead our menswear store in Harbourtown on the Gold Coast. As a Retail Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of 10-15 people, managing large amounts of stock, and visual merchandising within the store.

About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a proven retail manager with a strong sales history and excellent coaching skills. You will be responsible for driving sales, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring seamless operations within the store.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 10-15 people to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage large amounts of stock and visual merchandising within the store to ensure optimal display and stock levels
  • Drive sales through effective marketing strategies and promotions
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
  • Develop and implement plans to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
  • Qualifications:
  • Previous retail management experience (apparel highly desirable) in a high volume capacity
  • Strong sales history and excellent coaching skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
