As a key member of the Samsung SDS Australia team, you will play a critical role in ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for our employees and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective WHS policies, procedures, and programs to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders on WHS matters, including legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular workplace inspections and audits to identify and mitigate hazards and risks.
- Manage and report on safety incidents and breaches, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Collaborate with the Safety Committee and other stakeholders to promote a culture of safety and well-being.
- Diploma of WHS or Occupational Health and Safety.
- 5+ years' experience in the Warehousing or 3PL industry.
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
