Supporting Permanency Outcomes for Children and Young People

We are seeking a dedicated Caseworker Support Worker to join our team in providing a loving home for every child or young person. This role is part of our team that supports permanency outcomes for children and young people entering foster care.

This includes culturally supported placement options for children and young people aged 0-18 years, as well as an aftercare service for young people aged 18-25 who have left foster care.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing advocacy services for children, young people, and families
  • Working collaboratively with other teams to achieve positive outcomes
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with community partners
  • Staying up-to-date with relevant legislation and policies

This role requires a diploma in Community Services or equivalent qualification, as well as strong communication skills and a commitment to compliance.
