We are seeking a passionate Speech Pathologist to join our multi-disciplinary team at The Benevolent Society, a leading provider of disability services in Australia.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with our experienced Senior Practitioners and Allied Health Professionals to deliver high-quality, evidence-based services to people with disabilities. You will be responsible for assessing and developing treatment plans for clients, providing culturally appropriate support, and working flexibly across various settings to meet client needs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Experience in applying evidence-based practice frameworks to assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate clinical supports
  • Ability to work in a flexible, person-centred, and strengths-based way across diverse settings to meet client needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with clients, families, and colleagues
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, culturally safe services that meet the needs of our clients
