Job Description

We are seeking passionate educators to join our services at various kindergartens and child care centres in the Cardinia area. As a Diploma Break Cover Educator, you will have the opportunity to impact the lives of 5,500 Victorian children each week.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an appropriate developmental and enriching program for children, which maximises opportunities for them to develop to their full potential. You will also build trust with families by respecting diversity and connecting to individual cultural needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A sound knowledge of and experience with implementing the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Child Safety Standard.
  • A Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent ACECQA approved qualification. Students are encouraged to apply.
  • Current Working with Children's Check.
  • Current Level 2 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Certificate.
