Female Caregiver

We are seeking a supportive and caring individual to join our team as a Female Support Worker.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, be warm, reliable, and emotionally intelligent, and possess strong communication skills.
This is a casual employee role with reliable shifts and hours, supporting a young participant through both in-home care and community access.
The successful applicant will be part of a team that values meaningful work and supports, uplifts, and grows together.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting a child with daily routines, activities, and community outings
- Building a trusting, empowering relationship with both the participant and their family
- Providing support that is thoughtful, consistent, and person-centred
- Working closely with the team to ensure the participant's goals, preferences, and wellbeing are always front and centre
Required qualifications include:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
