Assistant Store Manager Role

We are seeking a dedicated and fashion-forward individual to contribute to our team's performance.

This role involves assisting with delivering key performance indicators, focusing on creating a warm and genuine customer service experience.

  • Supporting the manager by ensuring the team understands business objectives and focuses on commercial acumen.
  • Inspiring and empowering your team through collaborative leadership, training, and development.
  • Adhering to all company behaviors, policies, and procedures.

Attributes You Possess:

  • A passion for the retail industry, exceptional service, and a strong sense of personal style and presentation.
  • Managing budgets, interpreting financial reports, and generating efficient rosters.
  • Supporting the manager in managing team performance, productivity, training, and development.
  • Operational excellence, experience with stock control, and visual merchandising.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
