  • Strong understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 CE Modules such as sales, marketing, or customer service
  • Proficient in customization and configuration of MS Dynamics CRM/365
  • Experience in developing and implementing applications on Power Platform and PowerApps
  • Strong knowledge of.NET development, JavaScript, C#, and SQL Server
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Certification in Microsoft Dynamics CRM is preferred
