This role involves ensuring the safe operation and maintenance of Dry Fire Systems and Fire Fighting Equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect, test, maintain, service and install all Dry Fire Systems and Fire Fighting Equipment to industry standards.
- Conduct routine inspections and servicing of Portable Fire Systems and equipment.
- Installation of Portable Fire Systems and equipment.
- Perform electrical facilities maintenance & repair.
- Minimum 3 years' experience working as a Dry Fire Technician.
- Fire Indicator Panel (FIP) experience required.
- Desirable: Cert 3 in Electrotechnology, 'A' Grade Electrical, FPAS Accreditation.
- Ability to conduct inspections on fire equipment to AS 1851.
- Knowledge of relevant Australian Standards including AS1668, AS1670, AS2220, AS3000.
- Current Driver's License.
- Full-time position - Monday to Friday, 38 hours/week.
- Optional overtime available with penalty rates applying.
- Supporting multiple sites in Kalgoorlie.
- Vehicle or Vehicle Allowance + Fuel Card provided.
