Job Overview

As a Senior Interior Designer, you will work autonomously on a variety of hospitality projects, collaborating with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to develop creative and functional design solutions that meet the unique needs of each project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Lead the design process from concept development through to project completion for hospitality and education projects.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and other consultants to ensure cohesive and integrated design solutions.
  • Client Relations: Manage client relationships, including presenting design concepts and progress updates.
  • Design Documentation: Oversee the production of detailed design documentation, including plans, elevations, and specifications.
  • Project Management: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative studio environment.
  • Industry Stays: Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies to drive innovation in design.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Project Experience: Proven track record of delivering successful projects from concept to completion.
  • Design Portfolio: Strong design portfolio showcasing creativity and attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and team coordination.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
