Job Title:
Workday Solutions Director
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Workday expert to lead our consulting team and drive the implementation of Workday solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP consulting, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage remote teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic guidance and technical expertise to clients on Workday implementation projects
• Lead a team of consultants to deliver high-quality Workday solutions
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop effective solutions

Requirements:
• 3-7 years of Workday (or other ERP) Consulting implementation experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Proven experience leading a virtual team for 3+ years
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
