We are seeking a highly skilled Securitisation/Structured Finance Analyst to join our Private Credit division. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in evaluating new transactions in the corporate lending and structured finance space.
Key Responsibilities- Analyse the financial health and performance of corporations
- Assess risk profiles and develop financial models to support various transactions
- Create and analyse asset-backed securities and other structured instruments
- Perform detailed cash flow projections, conduct scenario analyses, and assess the impact of different financial structures on the issuing entities
- Run due diligence for credit transactions and prepare credit papers for approval
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Mathematics
- Understanding of corporate financial statements and key ratios
- Familiarity with loan structures, terms, structured finance products, particularly asset-backed securities
- Knowledge of warehouse lending structures and processes
- Proficiency in analysing large datasets and loan-level data
- Ability to perform cash flow modelling for ABS transactions
- Experience with financial modelling and scenario analysis
