Resort Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Resort Manager to lead our boutique resort in the South Pacific.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the resort, including guest relations, staff leadership and development, and driving sales and marketing through digital channels.
  • You will manage food and beverage operations, maintain high service standards, and control costs effectively.
  • This role requires effective management of maintenance and engineering functions, including utilities, facilities, and equipment, as well as financial planning, accounting, and profit improvement.
  • You will prepare regular reports, including monthly updates for stakeholders and documentation for key meetings.

Requirements

  • Formal qualifications in hospitality management or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in managing similar resorts, preferably in a South Pacific environment, with demonstrable results in terms of guest satisfaction, staff satisfaction, and profitability.
  • Strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience running and operating a restaurant.
  • Proficiency in using Siteminder, Xcel, and Word.
