Job Summary
Frontline Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled Heavy Vehicle Mechanic to join our client's team in Central Queensland. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading water provider and be part of a close-knit family-operated business.
About the Role
As a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing mechanical diagnosis and troubleshooting faults on Kenworth water trucks, prime movers, and trailers. You will also service vehicles to a safe and high standard, complete all required paperwork, and contribute to the workshop maintenance and compliance with WHS quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a trade qualification in mechanical engineering or a related field, with experience in maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair. You will also have excellent troubleshooting and electrical diagnostic skills, knowledge of Kenworth Trucks, Cat and Cummins engines, Eaton and Allison transmissions, and a high awareness of safety in the workplace.
