Heavy Vehicle Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Vehicle Mechanic to join our team at our Mackay depot. As a key member of our workshop team, you will be responsible for conducting preventative maintenance and repairs on our fleet of heavy rigid vehicles.
With a focus on safety and quality, you will work independently and as part of a team to ensure our vehicles are in top condition. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development programs.
We offer a stable and secure work environment, with a 4-day work week and every second weekend off. You will also enjoy great pay rates, with overtime opportunities available.
About You- Trade qualification as an HCV Mechanic
- Experience in heavy vehicle maintenance and repair
- Commitment to safety and quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Possession of a current HR and forklift license (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to learn new skills
