Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, providing timely and informative responses
  2. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all interactions
  3. Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient environment for team members and customers, adhering to our high standards
  4. Conduct regular cleaning and maintenance of our reverse vending machines, ensuring optimal performance
  5. Monitor the recycling centre for any hazards, reporting concerns promptly to management
  6. Perform ad-hoc duties as required by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability

Requirements:

  • Possess a genuine passion for recycling and environmental sustainability
  • Demonstrate a keen eye for detail, maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Be a safety champion, prioritizing the well-being of everyone in the recycling centre
  • Enjoy interacting with people, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships
  • Have experience in face-to-face customer service, with a proven track record of delivering excellent results
