We are seeking a talented Customer Experience Manager to join our team at allkinds, a world of self-care and self-expression for kids and teens. As a key member of our store management team, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable shopping experiences for our customers.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team that is passionate about empowering kids and teens to develop good habits and routines through our gentle but effective daily essentials.

Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales growth by converting customer interactions into sales, demonstrating your product knowledge, and working closely with the Store Manager to build an effective and profitable store.

You will also be responsible for motivating the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators, supporting the Store Manager in driving operational excellence, managing rosters, and preparing back-of-house administration.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent leadership skills, be able to analyze and organize stock to maximize sales on the shop floor, and possess a natural ability to retain technical product and ingredient knowledge.

Requirements:
  • Experience in a supervising or taking on higher duties in a Team Leader capacity
  • An understanding of sales, wages, and shrinkage KPIs
  • A larger-than-life personality to confidently connect with the needs of our customers
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
