We are seeking a highly skilled NDIS Consultant to join our team at Max Solutions. As an NDIS Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting our customers to achieve their goals and build capacity for independence in the community and at work.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the intake and delivery of an integrated disability service
- Work with individuals with a diverse range of permanent disabilities
- Deliver efficient and effective strategies to positively engage with participants
- Assist individuals with permanent disabilities to access and maintain employment
- High level of interpersonal communication and sales skills
- An empathetic approach to our participants and ability to build trust and rapport
- Experience in Disability Services or equivalent qualifications
- Flexible, outcome-focused and possess a can-do attitude
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Current drivers licence
- Hold a current WWCC and ability to obtain a police check
- Gender neutral paid parental leave of 12 weeks
- Superannuation contributions paid for women during the first 12 weeks of any unpaid parental leave
- 5 weeks annual leave after 3 years service
- Access to long service leave after 5 years service
