NDIS Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate NDIS Consultant to join our team at Max Solutions. As an NDIS Consultant, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers to achieve their goals and build capacity for independence in the community and at work.

• Manage the intake and delivery of an integrated disability service that provides support to individuals with a permanent disability.
• Develop and implement efficient and effective strategies to positively engage with participants, leading to positive and successful outcomes.
• Assist individuals with permanent disabilities to access and maintain employment, including on-the-job support provisions.

• High level of interpersonal communication and sales skills.
• An empathetic approach to our participants and the ability to build trust and rapport.
• Experience in Disability Services or equivalent qualifications.
• Flexible, outcome-focused, and possess a can-do attitude.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Current driver's license.
• Hold a current Working with Vulnerable People (WWCC) and ability to obtain a police check.
