About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive restaurant operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive environment where you can grow your career and make a real impact.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record of managing teams and driving sales growth in a fast-paced environment. You will be a natural leader with excellent communication skills, able to motivate and inspire your team to deliver exceptional results.

You will have a strong commercial acumen and be able to translate business objectives into actionable plans. Your ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners will be essential in driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.

The Ideal Candidate

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and developing a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction

">

• Collaborating with the Restaurant Manager to develop and implement operational strategies that drive business growth and profitability

">

• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity, and implementing changes to achieve better outcomes

">

• Building strong relationships with suppliers and external partners to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, including:

• A base salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience
