Lease Commercial Properties with Excellence

We are seeking a driven and experienced commercial leasing agent to join our team. As a key player in the success of our business, you will be responsible for proactively leasing commercial properties and managing the end-to-end leasing process.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Property Leasing: Develop and implement effective leasing strategies in collaboration with landlords to secure optimal outcomes for clients.
  • Client Network: Build, maintain, and grow a strong client network and database through excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Negotiation: Confidently negotiate leasing transactions to deliver positive outcomes for clients.
  • Tenancy Applications: Screen and process tenancy applications, ensuring compliance with legislation.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certificate of Registration: Current NSW Certificate of Registration is mandatory.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
  • Market Knowledge: Keep up to date with market trends, legislation changes, and industry compliance requirements.
