As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Rokt, you will design, build, and productionize proprietary machine learning models to solve business challenges. You will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to understand business priorities, frame machine learning problems, and architect solutions.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through data-driven decision making
  • Develop and deploy high-quality machine learning models, including data preparation pipelines, model training, and model serving
  • Contribute to the development of scalable and reliable software systems, ensuring high performance and low latency
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, researching and implementing new techniques and tools to improve model performance and efficiency
  • Publish technical articles, give talks, and share knowledge with the team to promote best practices and innovation

Requirements:

  • PhD in Machine Learning or related field
  • Extensive experience in building production-grade machine learning systems, with expertise in model training, tuning, deploying, serving, and monitoring
  • Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and neural networks
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS or GCP, and containerization using Docker
  • Familiarity with popular machine learning frameworks, including TensorFlow and PyTorch
