About the Role
The Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring seamless customer experience.
As the main liaison between customers, external stakeholders, and internal departments, this position is responsible for guiding customers through the claims and eligibility process with a focus on high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with customers to secure detailed information needed for claim processing, providing clear guidance throughout the claims process.
- Conduct thorough eligibility assessments for customers requesting rental vehicles, verifying details to determine if they meet the required criteria for support.
- Serve as the primary contact for external stakeholders, including insurers, repair shops, and towing companies, maintaining efficient and professional communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support seamless claim resolution and uphold service standards.
- Provide exceptional service by responding to customer inquiries, guiding them through the claims and rental process, and offering regular updates on their claim status.
About You
We are looking for candidates with prior experience in phone-based customer service or sales, preferably in the automotive, car rental, or credit hire industries.
Candidates should have flexible availability to work Monday-Sunday between 7:00am-9:30pm and proficiency in additional languages such as Mandarin or Cantonese.
Tech-savviness, strong computer literacy, excellent organisational skills, and a warm and enthusiastic personality with a strong sense of empathy are also essential.
