**Job Overview**

The English Language Programmes Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the effective delivery and coordination of our English language programmes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Programme Management: Overseeing the planning and implementation of ELICOS programmes to guarantee compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Academic Leadership: Managing teaching staff and promoting student outcomes to achieve academic excellence.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensuring accurate and timely completion of all necessary reports and documentation.
  • Team Development: Leading and developing a team of educators to provide exceptional learning experiences for students.
  • Student Experience: Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and satisfaction.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to promote the interests of our organisation.

**Key Qualifications**
