Patient Care Support Volunteer

We are seeking dependable volunteers who can relate to and empathise with a diverse range of people, including those from different cultural backgrounds and life experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Transport one or multiple clients per trip, locally and regionally, if required.
- Provide a safe, courteous, and respectful transport experience for all clients.
- Assist with mobility aids and safely help clients board and disembark (lifting up to 15 kg).
- Engage in conversation and activities that are appropriate to the client or group.
Maintain professional relationships and respect clear boundaries to safeguard the well-being of the client and yourself. Participate in learning and development opportunities to enhance your knowledge, skills, and practices in the aged and community care sector.
