About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our Maintenance team at Castle Hill RSL Group. As a Painter, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our hospitality and leisure venues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality painting and decorating work to maintain the appearance of our venues.
  • Assist in the maintenance and repair of venue fixtures and fittings.
  • Work collaboratively with the Maintenance team to ensure the smooth operation of our venues.
  • Develop and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Trade qualification in painting and decorating.
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent plastering skills.
  • Current driver's license.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
