Early Childhood Educator Trainee

Welcome to our Early Childhood Educator Trainee program, designed for individuals who want to launch a career in early childhood education. This comprehensive training program enables you to work in a centre of your choice while studying towards your Certificate III in ECE.

About the Role:

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • To be part of a dedicated team of educators, working collaboratively to provide high-quality care and education
  • To contribute to the planning, implementation and evaluation of educational programs that meet the needs of children
  • To develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
Requirements:
  • A current Working with Children check or ability to obtain it
  • Access to transport to and from the centre
  • Willingness to commence in a Traineeship through our learning academy
