Employee Wellbeing Services Clinician

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide essential employee well-being services, including counselling and trauma support, in Canberra.

Key Responsibilities

This role involves providing short-term counselling and psychological first aid, as well as managing mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, and anger issues.

  • Provide face-to-face and/or telephone counselling services
  • Manage mental health conditions with effective interventions
  • Collaborate with clients from both public and private sectors
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Registration as a Psychologist (AHPRA) or Social Worker (AASW) or Counsellor (ACA level 3 and above or PACFA full clinical membership)
  • Proficiency in short-term counselling and psychological first aid
  • Experience in managing mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, and anger issues
