A leading financial institution seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Fraud Prevention Specialist to join their dynamic contact centre team.
The primary goal of this role is to minimize fraud losses by effectively processing alerts generated by advanced fraud monitoring tools, ensuring maximum prevention of fraudulent activities.
This position requires the ability to work a flexible 24/7 rotating shift arrangement, including evening and night shifts, with the roster changing on a monthly basis.
