Job Title

We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacy Leader to join our team in delivering innovative patient-centred care across inpatient and outpatient settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and support on clinical pharmacy issues to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead the Tasmanian clinical pharmacy management team and provide leadership in policy review, training, and project work.
  • Design, operate, and evaluate clinical pharmacy services, including workflow management and staff supervision.

Requirements:

  • Be registered with the Pharmacy Board of Australia.
  • Hold a current driver's license and/or valid passport for interstate or overseas travel.
  • Have recognition at Registrar or Consultant level with the Australian & New Zealand College of Advanced Pharmacy (ANZCAP) or relevant postgraduate qualification in pharmacy and/or management.

Working Conditions:

  • This is a fixed term part-time position working 38 hours per fortnight.
  • Shift work, including weekends and occasional out-of-hours pharmacy services.
  • Occasional intra and interstate travel may be required.
