Registered Nurse - Inpatient Unit

Key Responsibilities:- Deliver person-centered nursing care to patients in the inpatient unit.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to achieve high-quality patient outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on various health-related topics.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
- Demonstrated competencies in nursing practice, including effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
- Recent clinical experience relevant to the position, with evidence of ongoing professional development and commitment to maintaining competence.
