Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop long-term relationships with clients from initial contact to settlement.
  • Provide expert advice and structure loans across multiple lenders and product types.
  • Manage credit submissions, compliance, and lender liaison.
  • Establish referral partnerships and maintain a personal pipeline while working company-supplied leads.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and compliance checklists.
  • Contribute to team culture, process improvements, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in mortgage broking or loan writing (mentoring provided if less than two years' experience).
  • Confident, native-level English communication skills (phone and written).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, commercial acumen, and attention to detail.
  • High self-discipline – you thrive in a remote setup.
  • Familiarity with Australian lender policies and responsible lending rules.
  • Experience with ApplyOnline, Mercury, Salestrekker, or similar is an advantage.
  • Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (Diploma preferred).

Salary & Bonus Structure:

Competitive base salary + super aligned to monthly revenue target:

  • $70k + super ? $12k/month target.
  • $80k + super ? $14k/month target.
  • $90k + super ? $16k/month target.
  • $100k + super ? $18k/month target.

Ramp-Up Targets (First Six Months):

  • Month 1: $0.
  • Months 2–4: 50% of full target.
  • Months 5–6: 75% of full target.
  • Month 7 onwards: Full target based on your base salary band.

Commissions:

  • All revenue sources count towards target: personal loans, asset finance, overdrafts, engagement fees, insurance policies, etc.
  • Commissions are paid in the pay cycle after we receive them (monthly reconciliation).
