Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Athletic Performance Coach to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching sessions that meet the needs of our athletes.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in strength and conditioning, with a proven track record of success in private practice and/or elite sport. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, think critically, and make sound decisions.

About the Role

This is a casual position, 5-10 hours per week, with opportunities for growth to a part-time contract. The successful candidate will be remunerated on an hourly basis, based on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Craft and deliver high-energy coaching sessions that meet the needs of our athletes.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, providing support and guidance to colleagues as needed.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Exercise Science or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 3 years' experience in a strength and conditioning role, preferably in private practice and/or elite sport.
  • A strong understanding of exercise science principles and their application in a coaching setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and think critically.
