Casual Facilities Team Leader

We're looking for a skilled Facilities Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of our facilities.

Your role will involve overseeing daily operations, pursuing cost-saving measures, and supporting our kitchen and events services teams. You'll play a crucial role in promoting safety, enhancing guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of hygiene.

You'll spend most of your time:

  • Working in line with business needs to ensure seamless operations
  • Assisting in monthly inspections to identify areas for improvement
  • Pursuing cost-saving measures to optimize our resources

In this role, you'll work closely with our chefs, kitchen staff, and other departments to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with food preparation and kitchen duties
  • Helping with the receiving and storage of goods
  • Demonstrating the proper use of chemicals and assisting other departments with their chemical needs

As a key member of our team, you'll also be responsible for ensuring that all crockery and cutlery are maintained and cleaned in accordance with HACCP guidelines. You'll provide assistance to customers when necessary and cooperate with management to implement workplace health, safety, and wellbeing-related initiatives.

We're looking for someone with experience in a similar role, strong knowledge of HACCP guidelines, and excellent communication skills. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional results and building strong relationships, we'd love to hear from you
