Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to fill the role of Head of Growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and leading our sales and marketing efforts.

Your primary objective will be to develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with our agency's goals and objectives. This will involve managing inbound and outbound pipelines, running discovery and sales calls, creating and executing sales strategies, and collaborating with our marketing team to launch new campaigns.

As Head of Growth, you will also be responsible for overseeing our paid ad strategy, managing lead generation for our services, and ensuring that our sales funnels and onboarding processes are optimized.

Additionally, you will play a key role in representing DUNK at industry events and conferences, and will be responsible for mentoring and coaching members of our team to help them achieve their full potential.

We are looking for someone who is results-driven, organized, and able to think strategically. If you have experience in eCommerce or agency settings and are passionate about driving growth and achieving success, we would love to hear from you.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in eCommerce or agency settings
  • Deep knowledge of paid media, including Meta and Google
  • Strong understanding of client profitability models
  • Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with clients and team members
  • Experience with systems such as Pipedrive, ClickFunnels, ManyChat, and Zapier
  • Social media savvy with hands-on content experience
