Job Opportunity for Temporary English Teacher

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of a temporary English teacher. This position is available on a full-time basis for Term 1.

The Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Must possess in-depth knowledge and understanding of teaching English to secondary students, Years 7-12
  • Experience in teaching Stage 6 English would be an advantage
  • Able to differentiate learning to cater for diverse student needs and maximise academic achievement
  • Strong understanding of learning environments, lesson planning, technology integration, teaching practices, and assessment delivery
  • Capable of motivating students to achieve and foster a lifelong passion for learning
Essential Qualifications and Certifications
  • Compliance with NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) requirements
  • Minimum 4-year tertiary qualification or completion of at least 75% of a degree
  • Valid Working with Children Check for employment purposes
