We are looking for an experienced Learning Experience Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of designing and delivering engaging learning experiences that meet the needs of teacher users across workshops, webinars, and training sessions.
The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of LMS platforms, educational design principles, and strong interpersonal skills to establish meaningful connections with university partners.
Responsibilities include leading project planning, execution, and delivery of LMS projects from scoping to post-implementation support, creating scaffolded assessments to support outstanding learning experiences, and overseeing creation and implementation of comprehensive training materials.
Key Requirements:
- Masterful understanding of LMS functionalities
- Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with university partners
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects from initiation to completion
