Technical Leader

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Leader to join our team. This role involves leading the development of complex applications using Appian BPM and other supporting platforms.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth application development expertise, experience with Appian connectors and web services, and strong problem-solving skills.

  • Lead the development of complex applications using Appian BPM and other supporting platforms
  • Develop and implement new tools to speed up and simplify application development
  • Conduct/lead solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates that suit customer requirements
  • Lead development teams, actively troubleshoot issues and help team members troubleshoot issues
  • Manage all project-related documentation, training, and tooling so that they are updated, easily accessible and globally reusable

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4-8 years of client-facing experience in analysis, design, development, and application deployment of Appian-based applications
  • Working knowledge of relevant automation and low-code trends, standards, practices
  • Understanding of ERP, CRM, BPM/Workflow, Data Integration Architecture or EAI and/or enterprise architecture
  • Experience with Appian custom development (e.g., Java)
  • Familiarity with a range of automation and low-code platforms
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
