We are seeking a self-driven and high-performing sales professional to join our team as an Asset Finance Broker. This is an exciting opportunity for you to kickstart your career in finance, working closely with customers to secure the best rates from lenders that suit their needs.
About the RoleThis role involves assisting customers in obtaining finance from our extensive panel of lenders, building your own client portfolio, and achieving sales targets. Your approach will be customer-centric, handling enquiries related to vehicles, leisure, equipment, personal loans, and more.
- Prioritize and multitask to handle customer inquiries efficiently and effectively.
- Be the primary contact for new finance inquiries via phone, online, and referrals.
- Provide expert advice on finance options from our lender panel to offer the best solutions.
- Prepare, review, and submit finance applications on behalf of customers.
- Coordinate with stakeholders including lenders, vehicle sellers, and settlement teams to ensure a smooth process.
- Ensure all finance applications comply with industry regulations, company policies, and lending guidelines.
To succeed in this role, you should be customer-obsessed, possess strong sales acumen, be resilient and positive, and committed to continuous learning and growth. You must have unlimited working rights in Australia and be willing to undergo pre-employment checks.
