About the Role
We seek experienced sales professionals with a track record of exceeding KPIs and delivering excellent customer service to start a rewarding career as an Asset Finance Consultant at Stratton Finance. You'll join a diverse team of brokers, assisting customers in obtaining finance from our extensive panel of lenders, building your own client portfolio, and achieving sales targets. Your approach will be customer-centric, handling enquiries related to vehicles, leisure, equipment, personal loans, and more. Responsibilities include:
1. Prioritizing and multitasking to handle customer inquiries efficiently and effectively.
2. Being the primary contact for new finance inquiries via phone, online, and referrals.
3. Providing expert advice on finance options from our lender panel to offer the best solutions.
4. Preparing, reviewing, and submitting finance applications on behalf of customers.
5. Coordinating with stakeholders including lenders, vehicle sellers, and settlement teams to ensure a smooth process.
6. Ensuring all finance applications comply with industry regulations, company policies, and lending guidelines.
