Early Learning Leader Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled early learning professional to take their career to the next level and make a positive impact on children's lives.

  • Utilize leadership expertise and skills to inspire and motivate the centre team, driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations.
  • Collaborate with the dedicated leadership team and forge respectful and reciprocal relationships with families.
  • Engage actively with the local community networks and support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team.

The Early Learning Leader will be responsible for mentoring and building capabilities within the centre team, using and implementing effective early learning strategies. They will also manage the centre in the Centre Director's absence and ensure high-quality care and education is provided.

About Our Centre

Our centre is a 85-place facility with purpose-built indoor spaces and large, shaded outdoor play areas designed for exploration and learning. The centre has a dedicated team of educators delivering high-quality, play-based learning programs focusing on child development and school readiness.

A strong family and community partnerships create a warm, inclusive, and supportive environment for children. The centre is well-regarded by families, with positive feedback highlighting the nurturing and engaging learning atmosphere.
