You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.
Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

About Goodstart Gateshead A nurturing environment with a capacity of 86-places where Goodstart Gateshead caters to children across Nursery, Toddlers and Kindergarten/Preschool rooms.
The centre features age-appropriate indoor and outdoor play spaces.
Diversify your daily routine in a floating position where you'll be supporting the team across different rooms.
Lead and guide a team of 20+ Early Childhood Professionals in the centre.
Enjoy working in a rotating roster during the centre's operational hours from 7am - 6pm.
