Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Finance Change Implementation Lead to join our close-knit Finance team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading the implementation of our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) system, as well as driving business-as-usual (BAU) change initiatives across the Finance function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the FP&A system implementation project, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy to drive user adoption and system efficacy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design, test, and implement process improvements across the Finance team.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with IT and Finance teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Provide ongoing reporting and executive summary views of our delivery, performance, and projections.
Requirements
  • 8+ years' experience in Finance change management, project management, or agile methodologies.
  • Proven experience implementing finance software in a Financial Services or banking organization.
  • Expertise in change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Strong execution discipline and service mindset.
  • Able to create clarity out of ambiguity.
