About the Role

The Program Manager leads VICSES' responsibilities and engagement in Melbourne Water's flood modelling program, ensuring coordinated collaboration between VICSES and Melbourne Water.

This position supports emergency management planning, operations, community education, and risk communication with a flexible and solutions-focused approach.

Our Team

VICSES is a volunteer-based emergency service that focuses on building resilience with communities and partners.

We provide specialist teams for 24/7 response to road accidents and trauma incidents, and support the Country Fire Authority during major bushfire and emergency incidents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead VICSES' engagement in Melbourne Water's flood modelling program
  • Coordinate collaboration between VICSES and Melbourne Water
  • Support emergency management planning and operations
  • Facilitate community education and risk communication
