About the Role

We are seeking an experienced recruitment professional to join our team in a full-time capacity. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for driving business development and establishing strong relationships with clients and candidates.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, ideally in office support or white-collar roles, and possess excellent communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, compliance, and placement. You will also work closely with our leadership team to shape and grow this new division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business development to establish and grow our client base
  • Recruit across office-based roles, including administrators, receptionists, payroll officers, customer service staff, and more
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
