Cadet - Subdivision and Development Engineer.
About the Cadetship ProgramThe cadetship is a structured training and development program for students who have completed three years of their degree and are about to commence their fourth year of study. The opportunity includes part-time study and practical work experience and mentorship in the development of new subdivisions and built form developments.
Key Responsibilities- Support the wider team to provide professional engineering advice.
Students need to have completed at least 168 credit points in a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil). To be eligible, applicants must have strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- A temporary full-time position for up to 2 years (depending on course completion).
- A starting salary from $62,120 per annum (based on 168 credit points).

- Additional allowance of $230 per subject for essential student expenses.
- Study and examination leave for face-to-face and online courses.
Full-time position with a structured Cadetship Program including training, mentoring and peer program. A great culture with a values-led and progressive team.
