Our Graduate ProgramOur 24-month program is designed to support your professional development and equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in your career. You'll work closely with our experienced clinicians and mentors to develop a personalized growth plan, which will form the basis of your schedule.

What We're Looking ForWe're seeking individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of our clients. As a Graduate Occupational Therapist, you'll need to have:
- A Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
- Pending registration with AHPRA
- A police check clearance
- A valid driver's license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and attention to detail
- A passion to support people to live their lives the way they want to
